E Book won't turn page

I just downloaded this application on my windows PC for a school text book. The pages won't turn, but the page number on the bottom will. I already uninstalled and re-downloaded, issue persists

    I had the same problem. I got help from ADE support. The support guys was REALLY HELPFUL! He had me check for new drivers (my laptop is a Dell, 2 months old running Windows 11). He was particularly interested in the Graphics drivers. Anyway, we downloaded and installed all 8 as recommended by Dell and ADE turns pages! 

     

    (Before this I'd unauthorized, uninstalled and reinstalled ADE - no change with that. It was the drivers on my laptop.)
