e-Books disappeared

All by books and bookshelves disappeared on computer (WIndows 10) I unninstall the ADE, I tried 3.0 and 4.5 versions but still the same.

I also cant add my books again as it says that the books already exist in the library.

New books were added at once. But after re-openning also disappeared!!!
