When I open an acsm file on android, I get this error and cannot download the corresponding epub. This is the only device currently activated for my adobe ID and I never was able to get this epub.

How can I pass this error?

Use this form: https://support.google.com/books/partner/contact/default . You'll need the ISBN or Google Books ID #. Your books should be reset within a day or two. At least it was for me.
