e_io_write failure to write destination failure

somebody please help me.  I keep getting this message when I have tried to download purchased ebooks and also when I try to download them from our public library.  I am unable to talk to a REAL person and after 2 years with my KOBO I am ready to throw it out.  This only started happening with the new ADOBE Digital 3.0
