E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED

hi everyone,

i've bought an ebook from an e-library. Of course, to open an .acsm file I've installed Adobe Digital Edition. Initially i've opened the file without creating any adobe account (so i've only authorized my laptop) but then I decided to open an adobe account in order to use Adobe services. When I tried to re-open the file the message "E_LIC_LREADY_FULFILLED..." appears to me. I've search some solution on the net and everyone say the same thing: the file is associated to a specific account. But i've just one adobe account: the one that i've created and the authorization that i gave to my computer BEFORE the creation of my adobe account. So how can i open it ??

i really don't know what to do, such book is very important for my research.
