E_LIC-ALREADY-FULFILLED

Hello,

Recently I installed the ADE and I download a ebook from Bertrand site.

I am able to read it in my laptop, but I've been trying to open it in my cellphone, but without success.

I've alreayd read the article mentioning this problem, but I am sure I'm opening the file with the same account I did in the laptop.

Anyone can help me with that? But it's getting frustrating and I don't want to take my laptop with me all time I want to read the book.
