I have been receiving this message for a week. I am a college student and I cannot do my assignments as I have been unable to access the download as this is the message that I receive. I have sent 19 messages to the company that I have to use for the download in order to try and fix it on their part, they have even reset my account over there and I still cannot access it.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I have tried to unauthorized and reauthorize and still I get this message. I need to be able to access the download and I can only access it through ADE. I have assignments due tonight and I can not access the download as ADE won't open it. At this point after a week and 19 emails, I am completely frustrated as this is affecting my grade in my class since I can not do the assignment without access to it.
