E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER

I just bought a book and installed the ADE.

I opened the book and authorise the file without an Adobe ID.

Then i find that it cannot be used to other devices if i don't tie it to an ID.

Therefore, i searched Adobe website and it teaches me to erase the ADE  authorisation "command+option+D" so that i will be able to re-authorise the file.

But it comes out that i can't open the file any more with message "E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER".

My OS is Mac so some methods mention on the other post cannot be applied to my case. I have looked and tried and everything you can ever imagine to fix it, but I still get the same error.

Please help

    You need a new Download of the eBook. The eBook are linked with the empty Authorizeation and can only used with this. You should allways authorize his Device before you open a eBook.
