E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER

I bought 2 ebooks from HPE Press.

I think I screwed up authorizations by using two different Adobe IDs.

Then I used my personal email id and then my official email ID.

Now I am not able to open the URLLink.acsm with any of the ID.

Also I am not able to open without an ID.

Got totally locked.

Please help me in sorting this issue.
