Good evening, I bought an ebook a while ago from Feltrinelli, I installed Adobe Digital Edition 4.5, and I managed to open and read the file, using an account that I don't remember anymore, because I changed my Pc with a new one.

Installing the Adobe Digital Edition 4.5 on my new PC, creating a new AdobeID account for it, and loading the .acsm file associated with the ebook bought by "Feltrinelli", the returned error is the follwing:

E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER.

The book in question is "Embedded Software Development for Safety-Critical Systems".
