I kept getting the above message while trying to download ebook from the library. I tried to deauthorize and authorize, delete the app and reinstall, log out and log in, nothing worked. Anyone has ever have the same problem? Thank you

      sam issue with me now ,i am new user for this ADE , i purshased books ,but when i reinstall OS and ADE, then this message (E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER) keep coming up ,

      As i understand this because i didnt do authorization at the time of downloading new books , then when i reinstall this  app , i authorized ID , and old books going for anonymous login, 😢, why ADE accepting to download the book without registerd ID from the begining ??!!!, whow to resolve this
