e_lic_already_fulfilled_by_another_user

First, i bought an e-book from PCI. I authorized ADE without vendor ID so i can only open this file on only my PC. After that i try to use Adobe id. I erased authorization and try to authorized with adobe but i forgot my password. So, i authorized it back without vendor id again on the same PC. But now i got "e_lic_already_fulfilled_by_another_user" error message. How can i do???
