E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER

Hello, I am trying to access a download from my PARiConnect document. When I open the file in Adobe Digitial Editions I receive the error message "E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER".

I have tried redownloading the file after deleting all previous files as well as logging into my Adobe account and nothing has worked so far.

How can I resolve this? Thank you in advance!
