HiIm in Australiaand the say problem has happened to me, I downloaded books for my daughters birthday and I have the same error message and like everyone else I have tried installing and un installing itwe cant read or get her 4 books and she wants to take them on holidays with her on Fridayits so Frustratinghas anyone had any help or supportbecause Sony and the book store cant help and they wont give me my money backThanksLisa

can anyone help me open a ticket to report my problems

I have the one mentioned above and now I have the one that states i have used up all of my authorisations because every time I open it it asks me to reauthorise the computer
