E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER (Anonymous access)

When I downloaded it I accessed to the program "Adobe Digital Edition" anounimously but lately I created an account Adobe. Now I cannot access to the file anymore because it says that the license is owned by another user. I read in this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/it/digital-editions/kb/e-lic-already-fulfilled.html  that is possible to restore the old anounymous access but it is not explain how to do that, can anyone help me?

Quando ho scaricato il programma "Adobe Digital Edition" la prima volta ho fatto l'accesso in forma anonima, poi ho creato un acount, ma facendo l'accesso col suddetto account a quanto pare ho perso la licensa per quel file perchè adesso quando provo ad aprirlo mi dice che la licensa del file è di un altro user. c'è un modo per poterlo recuperare? in questa pagina del sito Adobe: https://helpx.adobe.com/it/digital-editions/kb/e-lic-already-fulfilled.html c'è scritto che c'è un modo per tornare allo stesso vecchio accesso anonimo, ma non è spiegato come poterlo fare, qualcuno può aiutarmi? Grazie!
