I purchased an ebook (Bridge Design Manual, 3rd ed.) from www.pci.org/epub in 28, July.

The file was well downloaded to my computer.

By the way, it has not been opend since my computer was upgraded from Window 7 32bit to Window 7 64bit.

"Adobe Digital Editions" is installed currently.

The user is only me.

Will $395 fly away? No way.

Can you solve this problem?
