When I try to download and save my EBook it doesn't not allow me to because it says its already used by another user. Please fix this

    The error is linked with a other authiorze. Has you open the eBook before you Authoirze your Programm?

    No... I attempted to but it did not open. It was on an iPad.

    If you have the eBook not open before seems a problem with the file itself. Seems that linked with adobe id before you can open with your Adobe ID. Contact your Reseller for reset the file.
