Getting This error messag when trying to open Netgalley review books on Adobe Digital. Full message

Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_LIC_CONNECTION_PROBLEM

I seem to be getting this message on Bluefire Reader as well and OverDrive reader app. never had it before and confused. Any help to fix this would be greatly appreciate.
