e_lic_fullfiled by another user

Hello, i've opened an Ebook without an ID but only auhtorizing my pc. In a second moment i cancelled the authorization and inserted my adobe id; since that moment i cannot open my file and had the error i reported in the subject of this thread. i've tried to cancel all the permissions but nothing helped me,,
