    Have installes ADE 4 and after I tried to import a book from a library (RDM) I got the above mentioned error, informing me, that the download has not been possible, for:

    e_lic_is_already_fullfilled_by_another_user

    I am wondering why I get this message. What I did is, after buying a new computer trying to install ADE again and get a new download. I used the library and ADE with the old computer for years with a pocketbook 622, which I still have. But now starts the trouble.

    So, any advice is wellcome - the Adobe support chat was not really helpful.

    I got it solved. The support at ADE is rediculous and more or less a joke what you get at the chat.

    Could be much better, it is not what is worth to be called support.
