Hello. I downloaded Adobe Digital Editions 3.0 into my Windows 8 to open .acsm file. However when I try to add the file to library I receive an information: "Error getting license. License Server Communication Problem: E_LIC_LICENSE_SIGN_ERROR. How can I solve the problem?

I have the exact same issue and was told to ask here if after speaking to someone on Adobe's online support chat. The incompetence is frustrating me
