E_LIC_LICENSE_SIGN_ERROR

Hello,

I recently purchase an eBook from Wiley for a college course I'm taking online and I cant' seem to get Adobe to open it; I keep getting the error message in the title above. I'm not sure exactly what this refers to.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling adobe and re-downloading the eBook and neither action has solved the issue.
