E_Lic_License_SIGN_ERROR

Please need help! I purchased and download ebook from ISACA. After that I successfully downloaded Adobe Digital Editions 4.5, registered user ID.

However when I download document, it gives me error "Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: LIC E_Lic_License_SIGN_ERROR

Please Advice
