E_LIC_LICENSE_SIGN_ERROR

I purchased the PMBOK from the PMI IPG store and received an ACSM link.

I get E_LIC_LICENSE_SIGN_ERROR when trying to open the ACSM in Adobe Digital Editions. I have tried reauthorizing ADE and reinstalling, but the license cannot be obtained.
