E_LIC_MAX_DEVICE_LIMIT error

Hi,

I keep getting the error message: E_LIC_MAX_DEVICE_LIMIT when I try to open one of my books. I have authorised it on another computer (at work). I was under the impression that I could have two computers per book, and I haven't been able to open it on my home computer at all due to this error. Either way, I deauthorised the book at my work computer and I still can't open it.

I tried chat support but they couldn't help.
