Hey there! 

I wanted to download new books to read from my online library. But now it says, it's not possible. Contact is just this forum. Can anyone help? I can't open a case or a chat on the Adobe website. My computer is the only device I use for that. I tried to delete some other books, but it doesn't work. Tried to de-authorize my computer and authorize again - nope. Don't know what I should do. Google Search didn't help me.

Ich wollte mir grade von der Onleihe neue Bücher runterladen, die lassen sich aber über ADE nicht mehr öffnen. Die oben genannte Fehlermeldung kommt dann. Ich kann auf der Webseite keinen Chat eröffnen, sondern werde aufs Forum verwiesen. Kann mir irgendjemand helfen? Der PC ist das einzige Gerät, über das ich ADE benutze. Kam jetzt aus heiterem Himmel, ich weiß auch nicht. Habe auch den PC deautorisiert und nochmal neu autorisiert, nichts. Google natürlich ausführlich befragt - nichts, das mir helfen könnte. Nur dass ich mich wohl an den Support wenden soll, und die Support-Seite leitet mich hierhin. 

Wäre toll, wenn mir jemand helfen kann!
