"E-Lycense already fulfilled by another user"?

Hi,

After authorizing my device with my Adobe ID, I try to download the ebook but I receive a message saying "E_LYC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER".

I am double-cheking who this user is and it is me. How can I solve this?

Adobe support referred me to here, just in case anyone suggests me to talk to them.
