E-Mail Adresse in Adobe Konto und Adobe-ID geändert. Wie kann ich ADE 2.0 und die Reader ändern?

Ich lebe in Wien und ich habe Probleme mit der Adobe-ID in meinem Lap-Top und in meinen E-Book Readern.

Ich habe meinen Vertrag mit A1/AON per Ende September 2022 gekündigt, meine Mailbox / E-Mail Adresse xxxx@aon.at wird danach gelöscht. Somit gibt es dann das Risiko, dass ein anderer A1/AON-Kunde diese Adresse in Zukunft verwendet.

Ich habe ein neues GMX-Konto eröffnet, xxxx@mail.gmx ist die neue zu verwendende E-Mail Adresse.

Für das Managen und Lesen von E-Books habe ich 2013 auf meinem Lap-Top ADE 2.0 installiert, dabei wurde dann auch mein Adobe Konto und meine Adobe-ID eröffnet.

Nun habe ich vor einigen Tagen im Adobe-Konto und für die Adobe-ID die referenzierende Mail-Adresse auf die neue E-Mail Adresse geändert.

Aber wie ändere ich die Referenz-E-Mail Adresse lokal in ADE 2.0 und in meinen E-Book Readern?

In ADE 2.0 in der Hilfe-Sektion sehe ich „der Computer ist bereits autorisiert“ und meine Adobe-ID mit Referenz xxxx@aon.at. Aber das Feld ist grau, ich habe keine Möglichkeit die Referenz zu ändern, oder den Computer zu de-autorisieren und danach erneut zu autorisieren.

WAS MUSS ICH TUN – wie bekomme ich die neue Referenz E-Mail Adresse in ADE?

Dieselbe Frage auch für meine 3 E-Book Reader.

Ich habe alle meine E-Books per Download zuerst in ADE heruntergeladen, und dann über USB-Kabel mit der Kopierfunktion von ADE in die Reader kopiert. Ich weiß nicht mehr ob die Reader beim Übertragen des ersten E-Books automatisch autorisiert wurden, oder ob ich es manuell tun musste durch Eingabe der Daten in die Reader und Öffnen der Internetverbindung. Jedenfalls funktionierte es, alle 3 Reader sind autorisiert mit Referenz xxxx@aon.at.

Ich habe 2 E-Book Reader Pocket Book 622, gekauft 2013. In einem davon habe ich es versucht und die Autorisierung gelöscht. Dann habe ich die neue E-Mail Adresse und das Passwort in die beiden Felder eingegeben (im Adobe DRM Bereich bei geöffneter Internet-Verbindung) – es passiert nichts automatisch, und ich habe auch keine Möglichkeit die Re-Autorisierung manuell zu starten.

Ich habe es an das Customer Support Team von Pocket Book Int. berichtet (help@pocketbook-int.com). Die erste Antwort hat mir nicht wirklich geholfen. Ich gab weitere Informationen – auch die zweite Antwort hilft nicht. Der wesentliche Rat ist ich soll Adobe Digital Editions Support kontaktieren. 

Mein dritter E-Book Reader ist ein Tolino Shine. Er hat die Möglichkeit den Adobe Kopierschutz zu De-Aktivieren, ich weiß aber nicht ob danach eine Re-Aktivierung mit neuer E-Mail Adresse funktioniert.

Ich bitte um Hilfe/Klärung und Information, was ich der Reihe nach tun muss.

I am living in Vienna/Austria and I have some problems with Adobe-ID in my Lap-Top and in my E-book readers.

Due to termination of my A1/AON-contract by end of September my mailbox xxxx@aon.at will be deleted. Consequently thereafter is a risk that xxxx@aon.at might be used by another A1/AON customer.

I opened a new E-Mail account at GMX, xxxx@mail.gmx is the new E-mail address to be used for the future.

For managing and reading E-books I have installed ADE 2.0 to my Lap-Top in 2013 and thereby also my Adobe account and Adobe-ID had been opened. Some days ago I changed the referenced E-Mail address for Adobe account and for Adobe-ID to the new address.

But how can I change now the referenced E-mail address locally in my Lap-Top and in my E-book readers?

In ADE 2.0 help section I see the information „the computer is autorised“ and my Adobe-ID referenced to xxxx@aon.at. The field is gray, I have no possibility to change the reference, also not to de-autorise and then to re-autorise.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

Same question for my 3 E-book readers.

For all my E-books I made downloads to ADE at first, then I copied them with copy-function of ADE via USB-cable to the readers. I do not remember whether reader autorisation was made automatically when copying the first E-book, or if I had to make autorisation manually by entering respective data and opening internet connection. In any case it worked well, all 3 readers have been autorised with reference xxxx@aon.at

I have 2 readers Pocket Book 622 bought in 2013. I tried it in one of them and deleted the autorisation. Then I entered the new mail address and password in respective fields (in section Adobe DRM, internet connection active) – nothing happens automatically, and I have no possibility to start re-autorisation manually. I reported this to PocketBook Customer Support Team help@pocketbook-int.com

First answer didn’t help, I have given them further information. Second answer again is not helpful. The main advice is to contact Adobe Digital Editions Support

And at last I have one reader TOLINO SHINE. It has the possibility of de-autorisation. But I don’t know if it is possible then to make a re-autorisation.

Please assist and give me information what I can do.
