E-Reader License error

Hi,

I am trying to read an ebook on e-reader however getting an error message as : E_LIC_LICENCE_SIGN_ERROR

Note: I have successfully logged in to my Adobe account on the Adobe e-reader program and also have authorized the computer but still not able to open files and getting the above error message.

Please assist.
