E_STREAM_ERROR ( can't import the file in ADE )

Hi There

I am unable to open an acsm book i have just purchased due to error message below

I am using the lates edition of ADE 4.5.11 which i have just downloaded and I have imported the file in directly through File>Add to my library. I have seen previous posts around this issue ( i.e. deleting acsm,cookies etc, unistall/reinstall and deauthorise/reauthorise etc..) but none of these seem to work unfortunately for me. Does anyone knows how to sort this?
