E_STREAM_ERROR downloading from library

I've downloaded dozens of books before, and never had trouble.  Suddenly, I started getting an E_STREAM_ERROR whenever I'd try to download something.  OverDrive support said I should erase my computer's authorization and then authorize again.  I did that, with no problems.

But I still get the E_STREAM_ERROR whenever I try to download a book from the library.

Help, please!
