E_STREAM_ERROR on Adobe Digital Editions

Hi there

Trying to download CIMA textbook and I keep on getting below error message:

When the 'Vendor' screen popped up, I selected the option that requires me not to input Adobe ID and Password and would now like to reset this option in order to input my Adobe ID and Password.
