ebook: Download Failure / Runterladen schlägt fehl

Dear Community,

a download error keeps on bothering me. I have an account with a smaller German ebook vendor site (eBook.de). I purchased just one ebook which I was able to download after purchase some two years ago. It is downloaded to my older tolino ebook reader. The ebook is DRM-protected.

Recently, I got myself a new reader and linked it to my accounts, in particular with my ADE account. Additionally, I am running ADE on my lap- and desktop (Macs). However, the download to ADE on these devices keeps on failing:

Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:

E_ADEPT_INTERNAL

eBook.de asserts that the mistake is on my side and asked for updating ADE and refreshing the authorisation. That did not do the job, though.

What can I do?

ich habe einen Account bei eBook.de. Dort habe ich nur ein Buch gekauft, das ich direkt nach dem Kauf auf meinen älteren Tolino Reader herunterladen konnte. Mittlerweile habe ich mir einen neuen Reader zugelegt und alle Konten, inklusive ADE, dort eingerichtet. Zusätzlich habe ich gerade frisch ADE auf meinem Lap- und Desktop (Macs) installiert. Wenn ich versuche, das Buch herunterzuladen, komme ich über die Fehlermeldung

nicht hinaus. eBook.de behauptet, der Fehler liege auf meiner Seite und bat mich, ADE upzudaten und meine Autorisierung zu erneuern. Geholfen hat das leider nicht.
