Ebook "Errors Encountered with this Item"

I keep getting this error. I've de-authorised and authorised again. Uninstalled and reinstalled the ADE software and still get this error. I don't know if it's an issue with my profile, ADE, or the vendor's ebook. Adobe's live chat help agent told me to post my issue here.
