Ebook text jumbled in ADE 3.0

Hello,

I have been having issues with this ebook. I had the newest version of ADE installed and it kept crashing and shutting down when I tried to to install this ebook. I uninstalled the newer version of ADE and installed 3.0. The problematic ebook installed and opened great but when I went to use it the text is totally jumbled and unreadable as shown. I should also mention this book is 1 of a series of 6 books and all other ebooks worked perfectly. Downloaded and installed in seconds.

Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.
