Ebook under different username

Hello,

I have a really frustrating problem. I want to convert my .acsm files to epub on digital editions but when I try to open a file I get the error that the license of the book is under a different username. I have two accounts on adobe but neither of them work and I don't know which email/username has the license.

Can anyone help me?
