Ebook won't open in Adobe Digital Editions

Hi! When I try to download an ebook from the library, I click on dowload and ADE opens, but then nothing happens. The book simply does not appear in my ADE library. Do you have any suggestion that I might try?

Hola! Cuando intento descargar un libro electrónico de la biblioteca, hago clic en dowload y ADE se abre, pero entonces no pasa nada. El libro simplemente no aparece en mi biblioteca ADE. ¿Tienes alguna sugerencia que intente?
