Ebooks can't be open by f***** Adobe digital editions

Hello,

I bought 4 books.
With 2 books : no problem. I can open and read them.
But with the 2 others... I can add them to my library but after I can do nothing.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall ADE. I tried to delete my files and import them again. Nothing work.

And now, when I installed again ADE, i have my ebook like 7 times here. But just can't read them. And I can't contact the support...

What can i do?
