Ebooks not appearing on one particular device

Hello,

I have installed Adobe DE and downloaded 2 ebooks which appear perfectly fine on the first and second devices which I authorised. I am in need of these ebooks on a third device and when I authorise the account on the third device, nothing appears. I have uninstalled and re-installed Adobe DE. I have also erased authorisation and then authorised using my ID again but this did not change anything. This device was the original one that I wanted to download the ebooks on but I had to use another in the end as the ebooks were failing to download. Does anyone have any idea why this could be?
