Editions stopped work now i cant download earlier version OR 4.5. again?

Hey, hope someone can help me. 

I downloaded a book from my uni library and editions says its open but nothing happens, i followed the advice on here and went to download earlier 3.0 version of editions, nothing happened after multiple attempts, with version 4.5 not working and 3.0 not downloading can anybody suggest a fix at all? i need to get this research done. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
