Ednos Digital book i bought in Gandhi

So here is the problem i bought this digital book, but it says that i have to regester it here!
The thing is that there are no instruction!

So I do not know were to put in this code to regester the Enos Digital book!
Anyone has it and/or knows how to regester it?
