EPUB ebook won't open

When I try to open downloaded ebook file I get a pop up screen that says: UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD Error getting license. License Server Communication Problem: E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED. Another book downloaded about the same time opened OK.. What to do????

Participating Frequently

The download request has expired. Make sure the time, date, and time zone settings are correct and try again. If the download still fails, obtain a new acsm file.
