Epub file could not be able to open in ADE 4.5.4

I have facing problem in open the epub file ADE 4.5.4. Since the epub file successfully validated in epub validator. Find the below screen shot for your reference.

Here with system Configuration,

Windows 7 Pro

4GB RAM and Intel Core 2 Duo.

MotherBoard Model : DG41RQ

    Some eBooks open but i can't able scroll the page. Just single page html file only open. chapters having having more than one page its not loaded.
