Epub printing blank pages from pc

I created an epub through InDesign CC and can print from Adobe Digital Editions with no problems from my mac (10.10.5) to two different printers in our building.

However, I've gotten word from people using pc machines that they can choose Print from the File menu, but they just get blank pages. Same epub, same physical printer.

Any ideas? Many thanks in advance.
