epub unable to open

We are unable to load the epub file ADE Version 4.5.5.139278.

whereas the same file able to open in lower version such as 2.0 and 3.0

Resulting the error "Unable to load the document" or sometimes not all moving from BookShelves window.

Even we have tried formatting the system and reinstall OS still the same.

Do we have any solution for this?

We would like to inform you that, we have verified the provided sample ePub as version 2 format. The ePub 2.0 version output is open in ADE 4.5. In the meantime, ePub 3.0 files are unable to open in ADE 4.5. Could you please advise.
