I have a kobo glo. i currently am not able to get it to authorize Adobe Digital Editions. Please Help.

This is my 4th day at it. I have gone so far as to set to factory settings and started over.Nothing is working. :.(

    I am having the same problem and have done both hard oand soft reesets..I have been waiting for reply from adobe for over week  contacted e reader provider they suggested hard reset then getting rid of all books from  library and going to original source i.e kobo store and down loading again. hope you have more success than me
