Ereader Problem

Book download opens on PC, copies to ereader but won't open on ereader - get message 'file open error'. Other book download from same store opens fine on ereader!

    Since you have the same question, I'm going to repeat the same answer from six years ago:

    As far as I know, the only Adobe product related with your problem is Digital Editions. If you cannot find an answer in the appropriate foru

    Its a sovos plus mobile ereader
