Ereader problems with ADE ID after factory reset.

I have been having problems with my Kobo reader. I had to change my old email address to a new one, but this meant that I had to completely reset the ereader and also unauthorise and reauthorise ADE. Unfortunately I had a lot of books on the ereader that were not Kobo, but I had purchased before. I am now unable to access these as it is asking for my ADE ID, but these were purchased with a different email and ADE ID. Is there any way at all to access these books or are they completely lost?

    Adobe and you has no access to the eBooks. You can only ask by kobo if can order the eBooks again with the other Adobe ID.
