I've purchased tree books trough Archambault i can not read them my id need to be reset they told me to contact adobe and it is a nightmare to get support the error messages well I've had several one of them was a loop of: enter your correct id and password nonstop, other

    You get the error that fulfilled by another User when the eBook are linked with a other Adobe ID.

    Often its happens when you open/download a eBook before you authorize Digital Edition. Then

    authorize and can the eBook no longer read.
