Error 404 page for 4.0 version of "Getting Started with Adobe Digital Editions" guide

I am trying to find the user manual for Adobe Digital Editions 4.0. It is supposed to be here "Getting Started with Adobe Digital Editions 4.0" according to an Adobe Employee post back in 2018. I get an error 404 page not found now. 

Where can I get the user manual now?
